How are items priced at the ReStore?
Materials are sold at a greatly reduced price, as much as 50-75% is taken off of every item. (These prices are based off of research of major retailers.)
How often do you get new merchandise?
Because we rely mostly on donations, our merchandise is constantly changing. So make sure to stop in today and take advantage of what we’ve got on hand, and make sure to check out the ReStore frequently to see what’s new. You never know what you’ll find at the ReStore, but you know you’ll always find it for less!
Where do the proceeds of my sale go to?
Shopping and spending money at the ReStore means a better community for all! All proceeds go directly to Habitat for Humanity of Sauk-Columbia Area and their mission of building simple, decent, affordable houses to families in need in the Sauk-Columbia Area.
I found something I really like, but don’t have any way of getting it home, do you offer any sort of holds or layaway?
Unfortunately, we are not able to put anything away on layaway. We just do not have the space. However if you buy the item the most we will hold it for you is until the following Saturday – because we are open Thursday-Saturday this means no more than 9 days. If sold items are not picked up by the date agreed upon, we will consider the item and the money paid for it a donation back to the Habitat for Humanity.
