What is a ReStore?
A ReStore is a store that accepts donations of new and gently used items from individuals and businesses in the community, and sells those items to the public at a reduced cost, usually 50-75 % off of the original retail value. All proceeds go toward building Habitat homes with the local Habitat affiliate.

How do you work with Habitat for Humanity?
We are much like a Goodwill store that serves as a funding source for the services Goodwill offers, while still serving a purpose of our own. We provide home construction & remodeling materials at discounted rates to our community as well as provide financial support to the affiliate and builds in our area.
I’ve heard of people talking about deconstruction…what’s that?
Deconstruction is a service we offer in which we salvage harvestable, reusable materials from a building that will either be torn down or renovated in the near future. We then resell those materials at the ReStore or recycle them. We’re always looking for more deconstruction volunteers, it’s a great experience!
Sounds like a win-win situation…how can I help?
The Habitat ReStore is always looking for new volunteers. We have such a variety of tasks that need to be done every day to keep us running. For more information check out our volunteer section.
